About The Position

Full-time position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a 238-bed community hospital network comprised of a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, incumbent provides recruitment, interviewing, evaluation and referral service to the Main and Magnolia campuses for all non-RN positions. Assists with general recruitment support operations and interprets policies and procedures related to the recruitment process. Ensures general documentation files, correspondence, and reports are accurate and are disseminated as appropriate in compliance with departmental procedure and State and Federal requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. The majority of work is assigned and performed without further review. C onsultation is provided as needed on non-routine matters or when an exception to policy may be involved.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a Recruiter or in a role directly supporting recruitment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Recruitment in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Bachelors' degree or three years' of medical recruitment experience preferred.
