About The Position

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent to fill open positions throughout the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment & branding.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong working knowledge of current federal and state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.).
  • Ability to interact with others in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify pertinent information and create reports that present relevant information clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates by phone and/or in person, perform reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
  • Manage the onboarding process (new hire packet creation, file creation, HRIS entry, etc.).
  • Branding and enhancing our company social media presence to attract & retain top talent.
  • Develop a comprehensive campaign to utilize social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to market and brand position openings.
  • Use all available resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as social media, career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Manage the internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interviews with the hiring manager, transfer offer letters, change forms, etc.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure that all parties are updated on the status of the interview process.
  • Develop and manage ongoing initiatives to manage turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations.
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Report on current and future openings, cost of hiring, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
