Laserfiche is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter, to keep up with our ambitious hiring goals! The talent acquisition team plays a pivotal role, connecting with talented candidates to guide them through the interview process and beyond, thus shaping our growing business. As a Recruiter, you will be in charge of the full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent. You will closely collaborate with hiring managers to develop robust applicant pools, identify ideal candidates through effective interviewing, and effectively manage the selection process. In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruiting process from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, to screening to closing candidates, across a broad range of roles. You will apply a variety of sourcing techniques to build diverse pipelines of talent, reducing time-to-fill. Additionally, you will manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners, while monitoring market trends and guiding hiring managers with data-driven insights. Organizing and facilitating interviews will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring an inviting candidate experience. You will also participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including the assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identifying top performers. Representing the company at recruiting events will be essential, as you provide company and job information to interested applicants. Finally, you will create offer letters, maintain the applicant tracking system, and handle other staffing administration functions as needed.
