About The Position

The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support Elite Technology’s growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter with a strong sourcing mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and regions, with a strong emphasis on outbound engagement, candidate experience, and partnership with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven track record identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates for hard-to-fill or senior-level roles.
  • Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey Elite’s value proposition effectively.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams and time zones.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience that aligns with Elite’s values.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data, insights, and storytelling to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Provide hiring teams with market intelligence, pipeline health updates, and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Elite’s employer brand and values.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure process transparency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
