Recruiter

The Recruiter at Brosnan Risk Consultants plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing the recruitment, staffing, and operational needs across all sites within their assigned market. This position is essential for ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent to maintain its high standards of security services nationwide. The Recruiter will manage the entire hiring process, which includes recruiting, screening, selecting, hiring, and processing candidates for their designated geography. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various channels to find qualified candidates, including online job boards, internal recruiting systems, and employee referrals. In addition to recruitment, the Recruiter will oversee the transition of new hires from onboarding to post-assignment, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles. The Recruiter will also be responsible for posting job requisitions for current staffing vacancies and planning and executing hiring events, both in-person and online. This position requires strong communication skills, as the Recruiter will serve as the point of contact for available employment opportunities and will need to effectively communicate with candidates and field management throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will work closely with the Corporate Human Resources Director and collaborate with the functional support teams of Operations and Compliance. This role is vital for maintaining compliance within hiring and onboarding processes, and the Recruiter must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position is based in Pearl River, NY, and requires on-site work four days a week, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
