Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory practices involved in the recruitment function.
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience identifying, managing and positively impacting staffing metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing productive relationships with hiring leaders across the business.
  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
  • SPHR, PHR, or Professional Recruiting Certification preferred.

  • Champion efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate deeply with hiring teams to align on goals, share insights, and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage data to generate reports and uncover trends that guide smarter hiring decisions.
  • Uphold excellence by following standardized procedures and best practices across all recruitment activities.
  • Stay engaged by participating in meetings, trainings, and initiatives that fuel your growth and connection.
  • Embrace versatility by taking on additional responsibilities that support our evolving needs.
