About The Position
As a Recruiter at PayCargo, a leading fintech company revolutionizing the logistics industry, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to drive our growth and innovation. You will oversee talent attraction, workforce planning, and talent acquisition programs, ensuring they are executed effectively using data analytics and performance metrics. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates to ensuring a seamless and strategic hiring experience. This is an individual contributor role, requiring a hands-on, proactive approach to full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and pipeline development. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to anticipate talent needs, optimize hiring processes, and continuously enhance PayCargo's recruitment strategies.
