About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to lead all recruitment and retention efforts in the Company. Responsibilities will include building a pipeline of skilled technicians, licensed staff and industry leaders while mastering our recruitment playbook. The role is integral to the growth strategy of our team and will report directly to the Human Resources Director. This role will require the candidate to begin to affect positive change within the company immediately and direct/implement a candidate focused approach, such as planning, procurement, and investments for all or part of the organization. A successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, successfully onboarding, maintain relationships with team members, staffing levels forecasting, assist with budgeting, and retention reporting.
