The Recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates for open positions. Generally the focus will be on technical field positions.

  • Work with management to create job descriptions and questionnaires based on job requirements
  • Source candidates - looking for multiple candidates to work on large construction sites
  • Interview, screen, and hire
  • Seek out qualified candidates that may be working for the competition
  • Undertake special projects as assigned
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and participate to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
  • Must promote Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
  • Must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s)
  • Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s)
  • Must possess the ability to learn Company computer system(s)
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Regular attendance is required
  • Prefer a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources or related field; experience equivalent will be accepted
  • Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Prefer construction technical recruiting experience
