You will pro-actively source retail talent for our Brighton stores across the country recruiting for positions such as District Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, etc. Working alongside the Brighton Leadership Teams you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas in creating "Brighton Magic" as you deliver the Brighton story. This opportunity is hybrid and based out of our City of Industry headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively source retail talent for Brighton stores across the country.
• Recruit for positions such as District Managers, Store Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Collaborate with Brighton Leadership Teams to contribute ideas.
• Help create the "Brighton Magic" experience.
