In this position, you'll build relationships with talented clinical professionals and assist in placing them in assignments at hospitals nationwide. As a Relationship Manager, your daily responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and recruiting clinical professionals through outbound calls, messaging, and social media outreach. Success in this role requires a self-starter who can generate leads independently. A competitive spirit, perseverance, strong listening skills, and exceptional organizational abilities will set you apart in our collaborative corporate culture. You will also screen and recruit healthcare professionals using leads from tele-recruiting and company databases, serving as the primary contact for external candidates and field employees.
