About The Position
Logical Position is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes receiving, reading, and organizing resumes for open positions, screening candidates for the interviewing phase, and connecting viable candidates with hiring managers. You will also advise candidates on the interview and hiring process, follow up with hiring managers after interviews, and collect feedback to improve our recruiting strategy. Additionally, you will consult with department leadership to understand the requirements and qualifications for vacant positions, maintain compliance with employment laws, and assist leadership with team projects as needed.
