About The Position

Seeking dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Ideal candidate is a people-person with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, recruitment, and talent acquisition. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the company's strategic goals by managing the workforce effectively. Must be able to handle a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks from managing the full-cycle recruitment process to compliance, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced Call Center, high-volume Staffing agency or startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee relations.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS software (ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, EXCEL), Word, Canva or other publishing tools, and Social Media marketing abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive employee situations while demonstrating integrity and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment in high-volume centers, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and processing offer letters.
  • Conduct new-hire orientations, process paperwork, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Handle all administrative tasks for departing employees, including exit interviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the performance review process by administering programs, maintaining documentation, and assisting managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, assist with payroll processing, and respond to benefits-related questions.
  • Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS, draft official documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, track participation, and identify development opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Create, analyze, report, and provide data-driven decisions to SVP, Department heads, and others on HR metrics.
  • Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
