We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer/Coordinator to join our People Team, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing candidates for a wide variety of technical positions while coordinating interviews and helping shape the candidate experience at Arine. You will collaborate closely with the Recruiting Manager to align on requisition allocation and sourcing strategies, ensuring that we attract and engage top talent. Working alongside key stakeholders, such as the Senior Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to final interviews. This position is ideal for an experienced Sourcer/Coordinator looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment, with the opportunity to enhance Arine's recruitment processes and contribute to a positive and efficient hiring experience for all candidates.
