About The Position

The EXL Recruiter will provide recruitment support to the North America Diversified Industries (DIG) and Banking Capital Markets (BCM) groups. This role will focus on heavy sourcing, interview scheduling, and other areas of recruitment admin coordination for the US DIG & BCM Recruitment Lead. The ideal candidate will have recent experience performing recruitment support functions remotely within the Consulting and/or BPO industry.

Requirements

• Recent experience in recruitment support functions remotely within the Consulting and/or BPO industry.
• Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours of 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment support to the North America Diversified Industries (DIG) and Banking Capital Markets (BCM) groups.
• Focus on heavy sourcing of candidates.
• Schedule interviews for candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment administration tasks for the US DIG & BCM Recruitment Lead.
