About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract position located in Midtown Manhattan. Must commute to the office daily . You will screen, interview and present potential applicants that will be part of a consulting team that is working on a special project. This is a critical role requiring strong organizational and communication skills to identify and onboard qualified professionals quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (government or on-profit experience preferred).
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate resumes to ensure candidates meet qualification requirements.
• Conduct interviews with qualified applicants to assess their ability to perform assignments effectively and within required timelines.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to recommend top candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and interview outcomes.
