As a Recruiter Coordinator at Ascendo, you will support the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. Your role will involve screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and organized recruitment process that aligns with the company's values.

  • Assist in managing job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and provide initial assessments.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely updates on their status.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support onboarding processes to provide an excellent new-hire experience.
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends, tools, and practices to help enhance our hiring strategy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
