About The Position
The Recruiter position at Penn Medicine is a remote role with some on-site requirements for job fairs and events. This role is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of both clinical and non-clinical positions within the Penn Medicine entity, particularly supporting the Princeton, NJ area. The Recruiter will develop and implement recruitment strategies, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure effective staffing services throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS).
