About The Position

Seamless.AI is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organization. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions, from sourcing and pipeline management to interviewing and closing top talent. The Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Success in this role requires creativity, urgency, and the ability to thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience working under general supervision while handling moderately complex hiring challenges.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong pipeline management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including SeekOut, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in a highly organized and efficient manner, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruiting technology (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GEM, and SeekOut) to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and reporting workflows.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams, challenging assumptions and advising on market insights.
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on progress, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes to increase speed, quality, and candidate engagement.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with compensation structures and business priorities.
