About The Position
A FreshDirect Recruiter will manage full cycle recruiting across all of FreshDirect and its locations. You'll devise and execute an effective system for evaluating and hiring FreshDirect team staff, closing a high volume of crucial roles to meet our ambitious hiring goals as we continue to grow. You'll partner with Hiring Managers and the HR team on developing our talent strategy, hiring roadmap, establishing best practices, and leverage those tools to operate autonomously to meet hiring targets.
