This dual -role position supports both Talent Acquisition and Provider Relations by managing recruiting activities and coordinating a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience for newly hired providers. This role partners closely with leadership, candidates, providers, and the People Team to deliver a people -centered recruitment and onboarding experience aligned with organizational values. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship -focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and provider experience from first contact through successful integration.
