About The Position

The Recruiter 2 is responsible for delivering a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers within a specific business line, focusing on Nursing and Radiology roles. This position involves developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically for Nursing and/or Radiology roles.
  • Fluency with Taleo and Phenom (ATS and CRM).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent social skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
  • Proficient knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies.

  • Experience in researching, examining, and disseminating information.
  • Excellent decision-making skills using data such as competitor insights and labor market data.
  • Creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive specialized recruitment activities to address unique needs of searches and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and talent research.
  • Build talent communities through various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram).
  • Research and evaluate new sourcing tactics and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Develop caring relationships with client groups to ensure recruitment is integrated into the business unit.
  • Drive operational excellence and compliance, setting high recruitment standards with a sense of urgency.
  • Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the organization.
  • Serve as a mentor to Recruiters and Coordinators, providing training and coaching.
  • Provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and recommend applicants based on Hiring Manager's target profile.
  • Influence hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process.
  • Calculate and negotiate offers in consultation with hiring managers and HR partners.
