This hybrid role requires the candidate to work three days in the office and involves supporting a diverse range of administrative, technical, engineering, and professional skills and disciplines. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and making hiring decisions. This position is crucial in ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent across various functions, including administrative, accounting/finance, engineering, technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on staffing experience and a strong background in recruitment processing, candidate sourcing, and pipelining. They will utilize various networking opportunities and professional associations to identify qualified talent. The recruiter will also be expected to conduct thorough phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, ensuring that candidates are well-qualified for the roles they are applying for. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as the recruiter will need to build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner throughout the hiring process. In addition to strong sourcing and recruiting skills, proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter is required. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like WorkDay, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, is also necessary. The recruiter should be knowledgeable about current recruitment trends and practices, and possess strong organizational, time management, and process management skills to effectively handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
