Engagement Objective The consultant will provide strategic recruiting support for AppsFlyer’s North America Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships). The focus of this engagement is to identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates that meet agreed-upon hiring priorities and timelines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in GTM recruiting (Sales, CS, Marketing, or Partnerships) for high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Proven success in delivering qualified candidates within agreed timeframes.
  • Established network within the North American GTM talent market.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage deliverables, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Experience using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of vetted GTM candidates who meet the agreed-upon experience, skill, and market alignment criteria established for each search.
  • Candidate pipeline management, facilitation of candidate introductions, interview scheduling support, and communication coordination until final selection while utilizing ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Professional summaries or profiles for all presented candidates, highlighting qualifications and fit.
  • Weekly updates summarizing active searches, candidate progress, and market feedback.
  • Periodic insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity in GTM functions.
