Requirements

Proven high‑volume recruiting experience (required).
Strong experience in offer management and negotiation.
Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Nice To Haves

Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Solid sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging diverse talent pools.
Prior experience in non‑technical recruiting roles preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates across multiple markets.
Conduct interviews, assess talent fit, check references, and extend competitive offers.
Oversee new‑hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Conduct exit interviews and process internal employee status changes.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members when needed.
Develop creative recruiting strategies and use sound judgment to meet aggressive hiring goals.
