About The Position
Our location in Irving, TX currently has an opening for a Recruiter III. The Recruiter III will develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet established business goals, objectives and approved requisitions. This position involves full-cycle recruiting, from the requirement definition, through offer negotiation with simple or standard compensation packages, to hire, using Abbott's ATS and CRM. The Recruiter III will oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.) and recommend fair, competitive offers based on internal equity and external market-based pay. Additionally, the role requires ensuring accurate and timely data is recorded in Abbott's requisition and applicant tracking system for compliance and reporting metrics. The Recruiter III will deliver services within Abbott's model, technology, and processes and be the main point of contact for internal clients at the first line manager level, supporting the hiring process to provide a good candidate experience. This position operates independently with minimum supervision.
