The Recruiter II will identify, recruit, screen, and hire potential candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions in the organization. Proactively build talent pipelines through technical school partnerships, position advertisement, career event planning and participation, conduct passive candidate searches, and networking. May assist entry level recruiters and onboarding specialists with questions and assignments.
