About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support high‑volume and specialized hiring initiatives within large, complex organizations. This role requires a strong ability to operate independently, develop effective sourcing strategies, and partner closely with hiring stakeholders to deliver qualified talent in regulated or security‑sensitive environments. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA

Requirements

  • Demonstrated recruiting experience supporting Fortune 100 or similarly large, complex organizations.
  • 3-7 years of Recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong experience creating and executing custom sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting within U.S. government, cleared, or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance‑driven hiring processes, including background checks or security requirements.
  • Experience supporting technical, operational, or specialized skill‑set roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to adapt recruiting approaches based on results.
  • Professional, candidate‑centric approach with a focus on quality and long‑term fit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, from intake through offer, with minimal oversight.
  • Develop and execute independent sourcing and recruiting strategies aligned to role requirements, market conditions, and hiring timelines.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and market research.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, priorities, and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable hiring policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
