In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to every search—ensuring hiring processes are thoughtful, consistent, and reflective of who they are. Requirements

  • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and momentum
  • Experience using an ATS to track pipelines and maintain accurate data
  • Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines across multiple channels
  • Thoughtful approach to evaluating talent beyond the resume
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • A consistent track record of executing high-quality, well-managed hiring processes
  • Genuine alignment with Trove’s values and culture

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and acceptance across a variety of roles
  • Lead intake conversations to align on role expectations, success profiles, and interview approach
  • Bring structure and consistency to the hiring process, ensuring each step is clear, organized, and intentional
  • Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong, diverse pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Source talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Evaluate candidates thoughtfully, considering both capability and alignment to Trove’s values
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the ATS to support visibility and informed decision-making
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and professionalism
  • Partner with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process and support strong hiring decisions
