About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter II to join our passionate Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical leaders to hire exceptional healthcare providers, including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, who will deliver outstanding care to patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. You will have the autonomy to own recruitment processes, develop and implement talent strategies, and creatively source candidates. Requirements

  • 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including 3 years of high-sourcing/low-volume experience and 2 years of independently closing candidates.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Recruiting experience in Healthcare and/or Health Tech industries.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering a candidate-first experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving stretch hiring goals across multiple requisition types.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial recruiter phone screen through the first half of the interview process.
  • Develop a strong network to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the roles, and position the organization effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, acting as a partner and advocate throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide timely updates, and advise on candidate closing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Manage the administrative process for full-cycle recruiting, including ensuring necessary paperwork is completed, managing the offer process, conducting reference checks, and assisting with the immigration process.
  • Provide constructive performance feedback on all recruiting sources and tools.
