The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and completing the administrative processes for hiring contractors, as well as onboarding new contractors. The position is responsible for administering defined external and internal recruitment processes to ensure that accounts are fully recruited. This includes developing and managing relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates. Recruiters are also responsible for providing recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment. Performance will be measured based on KPI measures and the execution of recruitment strategies, which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintaining recruitment materials. The goal is to meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
