About The Position
The position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and completing the hiring administrative processes for contractors, as well as onboarding new contractors. This role is remote and is a temporary to permanent position. The recruiter will be responsible for managing relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates. Performance will be measured based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the execution of recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, and remote recruitment techniques. The recruiter must also keep the management team informed of recruitment progress and market conditions affecting contractor recruitment, with the goal of meeting customer satisfaction objectives by fully recruiting all assigned accounts.
