About The Position

The Recruiter is responsible for screening, interviewing and referring nursing and CMA applicants for consideration of open positions throughout Hattiesburg Clinic. The Recruiter should possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques; a general knowledge of all administrative and clinical functions within Hattiesburg Clinic; a basic understanding of the Clinic's organizational structure, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience with recruiting/interviewing (preferred)
  • Three (3) years of nurse recruiting experience, LPN or RN (preferred)

  • Screening nursing and CMA applicants
  • Conducting interviews
