The Recruiter is responsible for screening, interviewing and referring nursing and CMA applicants for consideration of open positions throughout Hattiesburg Clinic. The Recruiter should possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques; a general knowledge of all administrative and clinical functions within Hattiesburg Clinic; a basic understanding of the Clinic's organizational structure, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
