About The Position

Are you looking to start or grow your career in recruiting? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team! Whether you're just beginning your career or bring some recruiting experience with you, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact. In this role, you'll work closely with field leaders to help identify staffing needs, source candidates, and support a positive hiring and onboarding experience. You'll be trained on our systems and processes, and you'll be supported by a collaborative and experienced HR team.

Requirements

• Interest in a career in recruiting or human resources
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and using technology
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in recruiting (in-house or agency)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work with location managers to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews
• Help facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding process
• Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system
