The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers. This role will join the internal Talent Acquisition team to focus on production/manufacturing operations positions and others as needed; requiring the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate experience and ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions.
