About The Position

And we need a high-impact Recruiter to help us grow the team that drives our success every day. As a Recruiter, Warehouse Operations, you'll play a key role in hiring top talent across multiple levels — from hourly associates to operational leadership — across our warehouse and distribution center network. You'll be on the front lines of our high-volume recruitment efforts, championing an outstanding candidate experience and fueling our workforce with the people who keep everything moving.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience recruiting in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • A growth mindset, team spirit, and passion for people.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with warehouse operations leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs through active and passive sourcing.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, social platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed), and employee referrals.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates through every step of the hiring journey.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to manage requisitions, track candidates, and report on metrics.
