Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting clinical roles
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Government Healthcare Staffing experience (Federal and/or State)
  • Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) roles
  • Experience using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System
  • Metrics-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and healthcare support roles
  • Support VA facilities, military treatment facilities (DHA/DoD), and state-operated healthcare programs
  • Recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, Behavioral Health providers, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, and SCA positions
  • Partner with credentialing and operations teams to ensure compliant, start-ready candidates
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
  • Work toward clear performance metrics (submittals, offers, starts, time-to-fill)
