Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting clinical roles
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice To Haves
- Government Healthcare Staffing experience (Federal and/or State)
- Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) roles
- Experience using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System
- Metrics-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and healthcare support roles
- Support VA facilities, military treatment facilities (DHA/DoD), and state-operated healthcare programs
- Recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, Behavioral Health providers, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, and SCA positions
- Partner with credentialing and operations teams to ensure compliant, start-ready candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
- Work toward clear performance metrics (submittals, offers, starts, time-to-fill)
