Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required, 3-5 years related work experience preferred.
• Requires strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Focus on results and a high sense of urgency to meet recruitment expectations.
• Strong computer skills needed.
• Knowledge of iCIMS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides recruiting services for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.
• Develops recruitment techniques, strategies, and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload.
