About The Position

The Recruiter works to find and attract qualified candidates and supports the hiring manager through the full life cycle of recruitment activity. The Recruiter is responsible for direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing job offers. Fills positions by leveraging various recruitment tools including social media and is responsible for all recruitment marketing messaging content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience required; healthcare recruitment preferred.
• CHCR, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
• General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff and management.
• Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
