This position will be a significant contributor to help the company build its field operations talent pipeline. Reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and drives full life cycle sourcing and recruiting of top talent for Wendys restaurant management to include Shift Managers, Assistant General Managers and General Managers in the assigned corporate markets. The role is a key recruiting talent partner for Hiring Managers and partners directly with Field HR Business Partners to meet Wendys evolving staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • 0 - 2 years of related recruiting experience
  • Ability to develop strong strategic partnerships with leadership teams
  • Relationship building internally and externally with strong networking skills
  • Effective written & verbal communications skills
  • Results orientated with strong organizing & planning skills
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State legislation regarding employment practices
  • Strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process to include: sourcing, screening, scheduling, ATS management, offer negotiation, and initiation of background check process
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines and effectively build talent communities using different recruiting platforms and social media.
  • Develop influential relationships with field leadership including Director of Area Operations, District Managers and field HR partners.
  • Attend weekly meetings with field HR and operations to prioritize staffing needs and align on execution.
  • Proactively research and evaluate new, cost-effective sourcing strategies and tactics.
  • Support assigned market with hiring events/job fairs and attend on an as needed basis.
