In this role, you will lead full cycle recruiting for technical positions, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders will be key to your success.
