About The Position

In this role, you will lead full cycle recruiting for technical positions, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual.
  • Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.
  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and able to leverage them to increase productivity.
  • Understand and use metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.
