About The Position
Onward Search is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Education Staffing division. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in contract positions at K-12 schools, enhancing educational outcomes by connecting skilled professionals with schools in need. The ideal candidate will build a pipeline of talent, qualify candidates, and manage the interview and offer negotiation process.
