About The Position
Burlington Stores is an award-winning off-price retailer and we are growing! Our success depends on an engaged and dynamic workforce and our Talent Acquisition team is looking to hire an experienced Recruiter to support Distribution Center hiring! The Recruiter - Distribution Centers is a strategic partner that will work closely with Burlington Leadership, Human Resources and Hiring Managers to successfully source, screen, interview, and place top-quality candidates into key positions. This person will promote the 'Our Burlington' talent brand across numerous social media channels and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. As Burlington expands its distribution center footprint, the Recruiter will play a critical role in evolving business support and partnerships, while shaping long-term talent strategies across our network of DCs.
