About The Position

Our internal experts, together with our network of affiliated experts from academia, industry, and government, offer our clients exceptional breadth and depth of expertise. As a member of our DE&I recruiting team, the Diversity Recruiter will play a critical role in executing and crafting a global diversity recruiting strategy for graduate level candidates (MBA/MA & PhD) into full-time and internship positions. This individual will collaborate closely with the associate recruiting team to identify opportunities to attract and source talent from underrepresented groups while also advising on best practices throughout the recruitment process. A key responsibility will be establishing and strengthening relationships with academic faculty, educational institutions, and national recruiting partnerships to develop a robust pipeline for graduate candidates. The Diversity Recruiter will consult with staff at all levels and provide hands-on recruiting support to Analysis Group's 14 domestic and international offices. This role is critical in advancing our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workforce.
