About The Position
We are looking for a CSR/Recruiter to manage job postings, review applicant qualifications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. You will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, assisting both the department manager and candidates to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong ability to identify top talent. Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. Requirements
- No degree is needed.
- We are looking for coachable candidates with rapport-building experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience as an administrative assistant, recruiter, or HR.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit top-tier candidates to support company growth.
- Post job descriptions through applicant tracking software, job boards, social media platforms, and word-of-mouth.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and provide insights to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring teams and applicants.
