About The Position

By The Bay Health, a non-profit established in 1975, set the standard for hospice in the U.S. by emphasizing the role of the patient in making important medical decisions. Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families. By the Bay Health (BTBH) is a leader in providing home and hospice care to our communities. We are in need of a Contract Recruiter to help us with sourcing, screening, and interviewing for our increase in open clinical roles in order to continue to provide leading care for our patients. In this role, the recruiter will also work with hiring managers on staffing best practices to ensure BTBH hires top talent in an organized and efficient manner. We are looking for a contractor with recent Greenhouse ATS experience, who loves sourcing clinical roles to find a great hire when candidate pipeline is low. This will be a month-to-month contract with a flexible schedule in days and times. Onsite requirements at our Larkspur office required for equipment pickup and training needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring manager to determine position needs.
  • Deep sourcing activity for our hard to fill roles.
  • Develop resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as internet job boards, community network events, organizations, etc.
  • Screen and analyze resumes to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.
  • Conduct initial telephone interview and make recommendations for hire (or not hire).
  • Schedule telephone and panel interviews between candidate and hiring manager(s).
  • Conduct reference checks on final candidates.
  • Generate employment offer letters for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, documentation requirements, etc.)
  • Manage current candidate activity in the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Produce weekly report on employment activity for review by Sr. Director of Human Resources
