About The Position

While adhering to department and company policies, the Contractor Management Recruiter role provides direct support to the Process Servers and Contractor Managers as well as collaborate with the Support Specialist and operations staff as a subject matter expert. The position requires excellent phone and data entry skills, problem solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills and vendor relationship building skills. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast pace growing environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Five years of verifiable work experience
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Maintain organization in daily work duties
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Relationship building skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company and Department Policy and Procedures
  • Recruit Process Servers and complete the onboarding process
  • Manage multiple recruiting websites to run ads, evaluate candidates, conduct interviews and explain the benefits of working with our company
  • Negotiate rates of pay and explain big picture opportunity
  • Supply support to Contractor Managers as needed
  • Communicate effectively with process servers in all markets
  • Review all Independent Contractors records to ensure compliance
  • Train process servers on using both mobile apps and desktop versions
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or requested
  • Locate and understand Federal/State statutes and Federal/State rules of Civil Procedures, Civil Codes and Local Ordinances
