About The Position
The Recruiter & College Liaison for High School Programs works collaboratively to promote and deliver a seamless educational transition process for high school students into Career and College Promise pathways and beyond. This role is responsible for the coordination and implementation of student recruitment, enrollment plans, and strategies designed to increase enrollment and success for students enrolled at assigned high schools in the service area. The position serves as a success advocate for assigned high school dually enrolled students and acts as the college liaison for high school programs, utilizing discretion and independent judgment to recruit, advise, and enroll high school students into CCP courses while adhering to Administrative Code regarding required documentation and eligibility for assigned CCP students. The role actively contributes to the growth, development, and activities of the College and department that promote a commitment to access and student success for a diverse student body.
