About The Position
We are seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our team in Canton, OH! As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified candidates to job assignments. This position is responsible for high-volume recruitment across various positions and is held accountable for meeting specific staffing goals, including time to fill, diversity hiring, and recruiting compliance. In this role, you will proactively develop creative sourcing plans that include traditional networking approaches through community engagement with schools, colleges, and vocational schools for skilled roles, as well as utilizing web-based and social media channels. You will own and write effective content for online job postings to attract both active and passive candidates via job boards integrated with our CRM system. Your responsibilities will also include screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates to fill orders, while building and retaining an active pipeline of candidates for all roles and maintaining an updated candidate database. You will leverage data to set realistic expectations based on current volume to successfully fill positions in a timely manner. Participation in whiteboard meetings will be essential to understand daily order fill goals, and you will leverage your market knowledge and client needs to successfully fill orders with qualified candidates. Additionally, you will lead candidates through the interview cycle based on their experiences, skills, expectations, and availability, and use our CRM to process candidates through the full vetting cycle and document all job activity. Conducting drug screens, I-9s, and background checks will also be part of your responsibilities.
