About The Position

The Recruiter for Blue Collar Positions will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of blue-collar roles within the company, focusing on critical positions in construction, transportation, and logistics. This role involves collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job roles, managing candidate inquiries, and overseeing the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience recruiting blue-collar workers in construction, transportation, logistics, etc.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and labor standards (preferred).
• Strong understanding of blue-collar roles in construction, transportation, and logistics.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles and onboarding tasks.
• Problem-solving, adaptable, and goal-oriented in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Sales and negotiation skills to attract and secure candidates.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
